The DLC is expected to be released in the Spring of 2016 but no word on pricing just yet. We’re not sure if this has anything to do with the main storyline of StarCraft 2 or if it will be completely separate. That being said, so what is the Nova Covert Ops DLC about? Basically from what we can tell, these are a series of missions for StarCraft 2 that will be based around Nova. Nova is also a playable character in Heroes of the Storm. Basically this DLC will feature the Nova character, who for those unfamiliar was supposed to be the main character in Blizzard’s StarCraft Ghost console game until they decided to can the project. The company has announced the StarCraft 2 Nova Covert Ops DLC. We know that some gamers are understandably bummed given how the story of the StarCraft franchise has lasted over the course of two games and several expansions, but fret not because Blizzard still has plans for the game. As many StarCraft 2 gamers know by now, Legacy of the Void will be the game’s last expansion as far as the ongoing story is concerned.
